Karen Matthews : Born and raised in the Kansas City metro area, Karen Matthews’ knowledge of the area’s local market, neighborhoods and schools, and just about everything else in-between is impeccable. Karen is a certified Workforce Housing Specialist which allows her to better serve home buyers by staying on top of the latest financing and neighborhood development programs.

Karen enjoys the enthusiasm of working with first-time homebuyers, but is more than happy to give each and every client the same commitment and dedication for any real estate transaction or inquiry. Prior to real estate, Karen worked in higher education as an Enrollment Manager for the University of Phoenix and as the Senior Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College in Lenexa, KS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
